Orders & support
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to process edits or cancellations due to our warehouse fulfillment system. Please contact us if you would like to return unworn items, see below for our return policy.
Errors In Shipping Addresses: If an order is returned to our warehouse for a customer-entered address error, customers will be responsible for paying for a new shipping label.
What is a pre-order?
Some products on our site may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated dispatch window. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the estimated wait time and acknowledge that your order may ship later than regular in-stock items.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, in original packaging, and have proof of purchase.

For Australia Standard Post: SYD/MEL/BRI 2-4 days. All Other 4-10 days.
