Fulfilment Timeframes

Orders placed on weekdays are packed and dispatched the next day.

Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Note: Any expected delays or pre-order shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page.


📦 Shipping Times (Australia)

For Australia Standard Post: SYD/MEL/BRI 2-4 days. All Other 4-10 days.

For Australia Express Post: SYD/MEL/BRI 1-2 days. All Other 2-5 days.

Please note: delivery times may vary based on your location or during events such as floods, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

🔍 Tracking Information

We ship worldwide.

  • International Shipping - New Zealand, Asia & Canada: AUD $20
  • International Shipping - Rest of World: AUD $25
  • Shipping Times: Vary by destination

  • For larger international orders, please email us at hello@livemilklove.com.au for a custom shipping quote. Upon agreement, an invoice will be issued for upfront payment prior to dispatch.


🕓 Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be clearly labelled on the product page.
Our estimated turn-around time is 4–6 weeks, depending on the product (actual timelines will be specified on each product page).

  • All pre-order sales are final.

  • If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

  • If you want in-stock items sooner, we recommend ordering them separately.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind prior to shipment.


🎁 Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers do not include shipping, return, or exchange costs.


📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

  • Look around your property or ask neighbours if they’ve accepted delivery on your behalf
